I have tried many different companies but this one is very nice to use as well as you can monitor the cpu and ram usage for a range of 24 hours to better see where lag is. the pricing is seen upfront with no hidden costs.

Their automatic Modpack setup is by far the best out there, and it's amazingly easy to customize or upgrade the server at any point. Whether hosting a server at a large or small scale, I would highly encourage anyone to use ScalaCube.
