It has been great so far. Only three weeks into having one with these guys haven't had to use support at all yet. The video's and how to's are spectacular and super helpful. only issue I am having is lag but I am sure that is probably on my end and not theirs. Would recommend this service for all kinds of games that they have available. Great experience so far.

This is my first time hosting a server and I have to say, with this website it has been an easy breeze. All the videos they provide help you step by step with creating your server.
