No issues with server what so ever! I find the panel very easy to user and new user friendly. I am getting exactly what I am paying for!

Been using for about 2 weeks so far and will be using ScalaCube for Ark from now on. Very reliable and user friendly. There have been no problems and setting the server up doesn't take too long. Starting the server is good done in good time too (about 40 minutes if using a few mods). Very happy with the service and well worth the money.

I tried 3 other hosts before this one because it was a little more expensive than the others. There's a reason the others were cheaper, they were awful. This host has been great. I had one issue when I started and they helped me really quickly.
