My experience has been excellent. User interface is simple and uncluttered, support is phenomenal (Video tutorials are concise and easy to understand as well as the same tutorial in written form), cheap, ease of access. The server itself has run without issue as well as for my brother whom is connecting from a world away without issue either :D

Its very easy to use and buy a server, I never knew how to buy one let alone use it. but this company made it easy and simple

great service. very quick on responses to issues. had a server issue at 2am on a saturday thinking it would take a couple days for a response. found out they fixed it before i even woke up great service!

i will recommend this hosting to everyone. man i made 7 xp farms close to each other working constantly and the server is not lagging i love this hosting

This is the best mc server website I have used so far. The playing experience is very good, and the operations are also very simple. It has provided a lot of help for me, a server novice.

Quick and easy setup, good recommendations and support have always come back super fast.

It just works, and it works great. I would highly recommend the free option to anyone who just wants to play with one friend. All you have to do is renew the server every 2 days (not reset the server, mind you, just click a button that says "yes, I'm still playing on this server.") The paid version will allow you to download your server as a backup. The only downside is that the automatic backup feature is an additional one-time 10 dollar fee.

I'm very happy so far with scala, honestly their servers can be QUITE pricy, however they have some pretty decent plans and prices for budget server even more so if you're splitting the bill with friends, What I would recommend if you are tight on cash and you want to use this service due to the amount of modpacks that they have is to buy a server from them for half price in the first month, then you make a new server and do the same to take that first month benefit which they offer and to not loose your progress in your modpack just move the files from the old server to the new one, and they have a section showing you how to do so, this is way better than shockbyte dont waste your time with them and use this.

The server runs great, access to SSH and FTP for advanced users is superb!
