Great customer support! Decent service that they provide for the price and overall just a very user-friendly UI with plenty of tip videos/written explanations for noobs and veterans alike!

The service has been great, I was able to load my save file to the server and all the tutorials were helpful. I have not had any major issues with the game, we have a lot of builds and old file type and it only sometimes drops a frame or two in the Ashlands with a mess of mobs and even then it is easy to come to the website, manage the server and do a restart to occasionally clear up the RAM.

Honestly I went thru multiple hosts and yours stuck out the most, affordable prices, no paywalls to unlock aus servers and just ease of using the interface , couldn’t ask for much more, only thing I will say is when adding game servers/ mod packs it’s super Case sensitive and that was quite annoying trying to find my mod pack
