I do not experience any uncessarry down time when we use the server it was all up and running. The wow factor is their before and after sales. The support are well knowledgable on what the product is also they are very helpful to answer all the questions The after sales are good very responsive and easy to contact I will also high light their guides it was very detailed and easy to follow

I really liked the convenience of using the service, the fast support, and the server performance is decent, considering that my friend and I are playing from opposite sides of the world.

Server is handling 10/10 no problems with lag or crashes.. The admin panel is easy to use.

The server has been great. No lag no trouble connecting. Only problem is that a seem to have to update it everyday but that could be a problem with my settings.

At first I didn't Understand...but I do now it works great!

Have upgraded my package 3 times with smooth transitions each time. Had no issues and Scalacube is my constant go to for the annual Minecraft server.

The support team is awesome, I had some issues with my first server so they set me up with a new one to try out, and it worked absolutely flawlessly! I am a fan!

Iove it

The Control Panel makes doing everything really simple and easy to do! The video tutorials make solving problems super easy in step-by-step solutions, however I wish there were a couple more for things like setting up the Custom Launcher. Overall, the service is super easy to use and relatively cheap for everything you get. I've had little to no problems with server stability, which is really nice. The automatic logging makes it easy to know what's been done. Love this so far!
