Rarecrow #3 transforms into an alien and can be obtained at the Casino's prize counter.

4. Festival of Ice
Rarecrow #4 is a snowman bought from Pierre at the Festival of Ice on Winter 9th, held

Rarecrow #7 is a raccoon and was given to you by Gunther after you donated 20 items to the Museum. Additional gold can be bought at the night market for 5,000 gold each after giving one as a gift for the first time.
8. The Museum (Second)
Gunther also gives rarecrow #8 after donating 40 items to the Museum. As with the seventh Rarecrow, more units are available in the Night Market for 5,000g each.
