Unveiling the Fenglope: Description and Rarity
The female is of a majestic and proud essence in its very stance; it almost seems to stand as a deer might with its mane flowing at a phenomenal height and antlers darling. It is dressed in layers of shining, sparkling coats of everything, from different kinds of earth tones that sum up to bring them out as the brightest in the Pal collection. A Fenglope is considered a rare Pal. The excitement will be felt by the players.
Fenglope's Habitat: Where the Elusive Roam
There are two primary locations where you can find Fenglopes in Palworld:
- The Ascetic Falls Mineshaft: This is another possibility of the nest location for the renegade of the dangerous boss encounter, known as Alpha Fenglope. You can find Alpha Fenglope to the southwest of the Bamboo Grooves zone, east of the Stalkkit Burrow Point Of Interest, and west of the Ravine Entrance fast travel point.
Further up from the location of the Broncherry Aqua boss, you will have an Ascetic Falls waypoint on your map. But there is a tricky catch this time.
The Alpha Fenglope doesn’t roam in the open, but it’s twiddling down in the core of the earth. This fast travel of Ascetic Falls will warp the way to the waterfall. Keep moving, and you come across a rather hidden entrance to a tunnel.
Diving through this will get you down into the Falls Mineshaft—oh, filled with the Alpha Fenglope. Utilizing a flying mount is the quickest way to navigate to this hidden location.
- The Southern Shores of Mount Obsidian: This Alpha Fenglope should prove fun enough to take a fight, so you may yet want to chance it with the ordinary Fenglopes. If so, head to the southern side of the beach of Mount Obsidian, found at the furthest southwest end of the world map. Wandering astray around a wide area that covered its shores, the elusive creatures stayed hidden. There is a wildlife sanctuary even in the northeast corner supposedly where the Fenglopes live. But generally, the lower encounter rates lead this area to not come highly recommended, generally.
Taming the Fenglope: Strategies for Capture
There are a few tips for conquest that are useful if you decide to subjugate Alpha Fenglope or just capture any Fenglope.
- Gear up: since it's a boss fight, face the Alpha Fenglope with some good weapons and tough pals who will back you well in the fight.
- The Pal Sphere: makes the throwables Potent, which some of them may significantly help in Pals capturing. For the Fenglope, use the mid-level Pal Sphere to chase it until it reaches less health than a Fenglope, at which the end level is then low enough to catch.
- Observation and Reaction: Don't take your eye off the Fenglope movement and attack during the fight. Dodge and manoeuvre strategically to keep off the damage and open chances for your own.
Unfortunately, there are no visual clues in your environment that point to desperately missed Fenglopes. So, the best chance left is in a dogged search in the two locations mentioned earlier—among Ascetic Falls and on the southern coast of Mount Obsidian.
Alongside the usual Fenglope NPCs, some appear to be stronger Alpha-type versions. Among them is an Alpha Fenglope—a powerful boss fight that may be difficult for some people to take down. If that's not enough, players could also capture one of the normal Fenglopes walking around.
If your newly-caught Fenglope has escaped from its Pal Capsule, there is no need to panic. Rest assured, most of the Pals captured will never disappear forever. Most of the time, they will just wander in the place where they were captured. Take care and continue to recapture them with another Pal's Capsule.
There is no recipe to get a Fenglope on the first try, but the keyword is to keep at it. Just keep wandering around the intended locations, and follow the advice of battle, to better your chances of getting this gracious pal in a capture.
Conclusion
If not already, the Fenglope will be one of the most sought-after Pals in Palworld. Note that with such majesty, but in a way elusive, take heed in this blog and the advice for achieving it, and before long, destined to yourself will be one of those magnificent specimens.
