A game from the popular franchise Star Wars has recently come to light at an event in Japan, The game is going to be called Star Wars: Zero Company. This was revealed on April 19th, 2025, a new endeavor for EA and the Star Wars franchise. With this new game, EA is slowly stepping into the realm of tactical games. Star Wars Zero Company is a turn-based strategy game, with an original Star Wars story from the clone wars era, giving the fans of Star Wars an alternative story to follow, if they wish to through this game.

In the past there has been mixed opinions from past Star Wars games, from amazing fights on Star Wars Battlefront, to in depth story filled adventure on The Force Unleashed, there are so many options and directions the franchise can go when pursuing games, and It’s great to see EA diving into a game style they dont usually create. A fantastic idea if they are able to pull it off, Star Wars fans would love to take control of their part of the galaxy!

EA did not release any solidified date with the announcement, but the full game's release is expected to reach the stores in 2026. Console players will be excited to know we will see a Star Wars Zero company Xbox and PlayStation version.
