The Most Important Retail Locations in Schedule 1
As part of your drug empire in Schedule 1, knowing about all the different shops and retail locations in the game is a must if you’re going to make the most of your business. Fortunately, there aren’t too many retail locations to remember, and this can make it a little easier to know where to go to get the different tools and materials you’ll need. With that being said, there’s also just enough to leave you scratching your head if this is your first playthrough of Schedule 1.
Following this, today, we’re exploring the most important retail locations in Schedule 1 to help you plan your next shopping spree without the hassle!
The Most Important Retail Stores and Locations in Schedule 1
In Schedule 1, engaging with the local community is critical if you’re going to build a successful business - not least of all because local stores sell the key resources you’ll need for your business! Still, knowing what’s out there can really help.
7 Hyland Auto – East of the Docks

Make Your Own game Server
It’s one of the later businesses you’ll likely deal with in your new private game of Schedule 1. Still, as your empire grows, having a car makes it easier to get around town quickly and move more resources at once. Definitely a must for your aspiring business. Plus, cars come in a variety of budgets, making them surprisingly affordable options.
6 The Shred Shop – Northtown, Next to the Pharmacy
If you can’t afford a car just yet, don’t panic - a skateboard is your next best option, allowing you to get around town far more quickly — and the Shred Shop’s the place to go! Don’t forget as well that you can potentially unlock the shop owner as a potential customer, so it’s well worth stopping by.
5 Taco Ticklers – Across from the Skate Park
Right across from your first motel room and the central skate park, Taco Ticklers starts off as just another background location. However, it’ll soon be a central hub for both your business deals and the story itself. More importantly, too, the store also comes available through Ray’s Realty as a business later on in the game, and it allows you to launder a significant sum of money - making it a great investment!
4 Thrifty Threads – Next to the Barber’s

If you’ve saved up enough cash to have a surplus, why not stop by Thrifty Threads? Of course, changing clothes won’t make you sneakier or boost your stats, but it does help you look the part. Thrifty Threads offers a decent selection of new outfits, and while they’re purely cosmetic, they’re a fun way to personalize your character (and spend some of that extra cash).
3 Gas Mart – Across the Bridge in Westville
Once Uncle Nelson gives you the green light to start mixing products, the Gas Mart will likely become your go-to destination! The Gas Mart stocks some of the very first mixable ingredients in the game, such as bananas, donuts, and Viagra. As such, you’ll be visiting the gas station on a regular basis once your fledgling business is up and running! In terms of accessibility, the Westville branch is especially handy.
2 Ray’s Realty – East of the Post Office
When it’s time to upgrade to bigger premises or invest in businesses to launder money for your illegal operations, Ray’s Realty is the place to go. This excellent store manages the local real estate in the area, allowing players to purchase the Bungalow, Barn, and Warehouse. These premises allow you to expand your business significantly, making them a must-have for any professional drug empire boss!
1 Dan’s Hardware – Northtown, Near Highland Range

While the other businesses we’ve mentioned so far are all important, none are quite as crucial to your burgeoning drug business than Dan’s Hardware. After all, for all of your early-game essentials, Dan’s Hardware has the key resources and equipment pieces you’ll need to get started with growing. Grow tents, shears, watering cans, potting soil, packaging stations, and more - you’ll find everything you need (save for the seeds themselves, anyway). Given this thought, it’s undoubtedly the single most important store in the entire game; without it, your business would be in ruins!
Final Thoughts
It’s easy to assume that everything in Schedule 1 happens in the shadows, and to a degree, that’s certainly true. However, you’ll also be going about your business (literally) in the daylight hours, and so knowing where the different stores are in the game is vital. Whether you're grabbing tools from Dan, buying Viagra at the Gas Mart to combine with your latest blend, or investing in high-end property at Ray’s Realty, knowing the local layout and the availability of shops can make a world of difference.
