How To Level Sneak Fast in Oblivion Remastered

Make Your Own game Server
One thing you will need for this perilous journey is your Sneak skill; make sure it is a high level before starting this to make things as easy as possible for you. Now, you may think that just running around and pickpocketing NPCs is the best way, and although this may be the most fun route, it is definitely not the ideal way to gain XP quickly. Try utilizing sleeping NPCs, lowering the amount of risk each time. All in all, mastering stealth opens every door in this quest line.
How to Start the Arrow of Extrication Quest
Beginning the quest for the Oblivion Remaster Arrow of Extrication may seem simple, but it only gets harder from here. Initially, you are tasked with the time-consuming mission of selling 700 gold worth of stolen items through Thieves Guild contracts. Merchants like Ongar in Bruma's Olav's Tap and Tack or Orrin in the Smithy of Anvil Castle are your best option early in the game.
Once you reach the first goal, you can travel to Imperial City Waterfront District and wait for Amusei to approach you with your next task. He'll instruct you to visit the Gray Fox in Malintus Ancrus's House in Chorrol, where the quest truly begins.
Sneaking Into Bravil Castle

Your quest is now active, and you have begun the journey for the Oblivion Arrow of Extrication. The next step is to travel to Bravil and seek out local beggars for intel on Fathis Aren. You’ll learn that his quarters are inside the Lord’s Manor North Wing. The best time to try your luck is around 7-8 AM, when guards change patrols. Take note of this, as it is a great help knowing these times.
Inside, unlock the first door on the left to reach Fathis’s private chambers. Although you’ll find a pair of chests in the west corner, neither holds the Arrow. Instead, interact with the small pillar on the north wall to reveal a secret passage to Bravil Wizard’s Grotto.
Exploring Fathis Aren’s Tower

Before proceeding, stock up on a Potion of Water Breathing. The grotto is filled with enemies like Conjurers and Dremora, and an underwater tunnel blocks your way forward. Swim north through the cave, following the tunnel until it surfaces again near Fathis Aren’s Tower.
You need to fight your way up the tower while defeating the enemies inside. You can avoid some of them if you prefer. It’s crucial not to kill Fathis Aren himself if you’re part of the Mages Guild, or you’ll face expulsion. Instead, run all the way to the top floor, grab the Arrow of Extrication and the Tower Key from his chest, and escape through the Giant Door on the south wall.
Once you have escaped, proceed back to Chorrol and present the Arrow to the Gray Fox to complete your heist and receive your reward.
