Better Dropped Items is a simple Minecraft mod that changes the way items look when they are dropped on the floor. Usually, when you drop things, they stand up unnaturally, but in this case, they will flip and land flat on the floor. This is client-side, so if you want the Minecraft items to always fall flat, then you can use this on servers.
